Susan Jackson is President of ISSF, a global partnership among scientists, tuna processors, and environmental nonprofits dedicated to science-based initiatives for the long-term conservation and sustainable use of tuna stocks, reducing bycatch, and promoting a healthy marine ecosystem. Prior to joining ISSF, she served as Vice President for government/industry relations and seafood sourcing at Del Monte Foods, where she managed raw tuna purchasing for the StarKist brand and represented the company to trade and industry associations. Jackson began her career at the H.J. Heinz Company as an attorney in the law department.

She holds a BS in Economics from the University of Notre Dame and a law degree from Duke University.

Dr. Adisorn Promthep is currently an Advisor to the Thai Tuna Industry Association (TTIA) and an expert in fisheries policy, rural development, and coastal resource management.

He previously served as Director-General of Thailand Department of Fisheries, where he initiated the Fisheries Reform policy to enhance the entire seafood supply chain in line with international standards, focusing on sustainability, environmental responsibility, hygiene, and traceability, and ensuring Thai seafood is free from IUU fishing and labor issues. He also served as Minister (Agriculture) at the Royal Thai Embassy in Brussels, Belgium, and Washington, D.C., United States of America.

Dr. Promthep holds a B.Sc. in Fisheries from Kasetsart University, Thailand (1981), an M.Sc. in Planning from the University of Guelph, Canada (1991), and a Ph.D. in Planning from the University of Waterloo, Canada (1996).
